Kelowna Interior Painters

Commercial painting project in downtown Kelowna to paint condo common areas. Paint all interior walls, trim, doors and ceilings.

All pre-existing holes in walls filled with Drydex spackling compound, then sanded with 120 grit sandpaper to provide a smooth finish. Dust and debris vacuumed upon completion of prep work prior to painting,  ensuring cleanliness around the job site.

Test patches by Production Manager to ensure customer colour match satisfaction. Drop sheets in all working areas to protect floor and furniture.

All walls received 2 coats of Cloverdale Super 2 Acrylic Eggshell paint ensuring durability and washability. All ceilings received 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Flat Ceiling paint to minimize ceiling reflection. The doors and trim received 2 coats of Benjamin Moore Scuff-X Eggshell paint (Benjamin Moore’s top interior trim and door product) providing a nice strong, non-yellowing finish.

Products were applied using 15mm rollers, 2-1/2 inch angular brushes and 6mm mini rollers.
